Grateful

I wrote this in a comment for a give-away and wanted to post it here:

I am grateful for my family. All of them. I cannot imagine my life without them at all and quite frankly wouldn't want to... even when I'm sleep-deprived, been thrown-upon;), haven't had a shower in two days, 3 kids screaming at me at the same time, picking up the same mess I just cleaned up for the umpteenth time. Even then. Because all the smiles, laughter, hugs, kisses, wide-eyed talks my kids have with me, just sitting and enjoying cocoa and good conversation with my fantastic husband and so many more good times than I can count and even the not-so-fun stuff, challenge me, sharpen me and make me better, more complete and better equipped for having not only survived, but having lived victoriously through each moment of it ALL.
