Long before I got married, I got on birth control pills. My cycles have never been regular and the doctor suggested them so that it would regulate them. Never once was I told how exactly those things work or that they can be really dangerous. I asked questions, but my doctor assured me everything was perfectly fine. I trusted him and did no research on my own. Big Mistake! As the years went by, I was on and off of them mostly due to forgetting to take them or my cycle would do okay for a while. When I got married, I got back on them. Thank you, God, that it wasn't for long. My bad memory has had it irritations in other areas of my life, but I am thankful for it where those pills are concerned! I finally gave up on them a few months into our marriage because I flat out couldn't remember to take them. Whew!
Up until a few months ago, I was still okay with them. Then God totally put some wonderful friends in my path that introduced me to the truth about them. They are abortifacient. They cause abortions. The reason they are so effective is because most of them have a two-fold plan built in. The first thing they are supposed to do is prevent ovulation. Well, there's still a percentage of eggs that they don't stop from being released. So at that point conception is absolutely possible. I believe that life begins at conception. This next part disturbs me to the core. The back up plan that these little pills have built in is if they can't prevent conception, then they prevent implantation of the fertilized egg. They cause the uterine lining to thin out so that any fertilized egg that slips by the first defense can't attach itself to the uterus to begin growing and being nourished and forming a placenta. Most of the pills work in this two part process. I found out however that the mini pill doesn't even try to prevent ovulation. The only thing it does is prevent implantation! I've never been on that one, but I know plenty of women who have and don't have a clue as to how it works. No one talks about it! How crazy is that?! Honestly, when I learned this, I was devastated! Why didn't I know this? Why didn't any of the many doctors I have had through the years ever inform me of this or at least suggest that I research it? Why isn't this more publicized? How many sweet babies have I unknowingly sent off to heaven because I made my womb inhospitable to them after taking the pill? Really the whole thing is unbelievable! The thing is, if I had known then what I know now, I NEVER would have touched those awful things!
The bottom line is the pill is destructive. It kills life if all other fail safes do not work! The other information that I have been provided with is the biography of the woman who was the founder of Planned Parenthood. She is the reason the pill is so widely used. She's also the founder of the mass availability of abortion clinics. Guys, she's down right evil! She is known as the killer angel. A friend sent me a link to a pdf file of the book. Its free and boy is it an eye opener! If you are pro-life, then you definitely need to read this. If you are pro-choice, I encourage you to also read it. You may find that what you thought you knew is all a pack of very dicreetly sanitized lies. Let me give you just a peek into how truly awful she was. She is compared to Josef Stalin, Benito Mussolini and Adolf Hitler!

the whole thing is really crazy isn't it?? i don't think half the doctors/midwives have even really looked at their PDRs to see all the actions...they just prescribe them because they know they work and that's what everyone does. sad. let's get the word out girlfriend. :)
